Overview:

Gourmet Food Holdings is a food business with market leading positions across three core categories:

• Branded Crackers - The development, manufacturing and selling of branded crackers under the owned OB Finest and Olina’s brands
• Chilled Packaged Seafood - the importation and distribution of chilled seafood under the owned Ocean Blue and Clearly Premium brands
• Sugar Free Biscuits - the importation and distribution of sugar free biscuits under the Gullon brand

Product distribution is through the major supermarket chains, independent retailers and food distributors mainly in Australia (3,000+ stores) and NZ (~400 stores). The business also has a growing export business with sales primarily to the United States.

This is a platform asset upon which other gourmet, branded food businesses will be added to create a leading Australian gourmet food company.
